“I was struck by an underinsured motorist in Cleveland in summer 2024. While I was being treated in the hospital for my injuries my wife was panic stricken as she had no idea where to turn. Cleveland police were not helpful and didn’t arrive on the scene until well after everyone had left, they seemingly had very little interest in holding the motorist accountable. Ken Knabe’s name came up as being an experienced bike attorney. Most of us avid cyclists in the area have heard his name before, but only now do I fully understand the reasons behind his legendary status in the bike community. Ken jumped in right away as soon as my wife called while I was still in the hospital and not able to address anything on my own. Once I had surgery and was released from the hospital, insurance companies did not want to pay. Ken was able to step in and get them to pay, got my medical bills covered, property damage (bike and equipment) replaced, and a little extra on top. I highly recommend Knabe law firm if you’re victimized in an accident and left with a bike related injury. Additionally , make sure you have uninsured motorist coverage on your insurance policy!”

“I have been working with Ken Knabe for the last year and a half as I pursued a settlement with an insurance company after my bicycle accident. I was hit by a car while riding my bike and thankfully my helmet saved my life. “A car hit me while I was riding my bicycle in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Friends recommended Attorney Ken Knabe, who I hired. The driver denied responsibility, and his insurance company offered nothing initially.
